Francis has 15+ years of experience providing Canadian tax services to clients of all sizes - from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.​

He began his career working with small to mid-sized businesses and real estate investors, providing tailored tax planning and compliance services to business owners and their families.​

Over the past decade, Francis has specialized in Canadian international tax, advising Canadian businesses and investors on tax-efficient cross-border structures, transaction planning, and ongoing compliance. 

He also has extensive experience assisting foreign companies doing business in Canada, with deep expertise in areas such as withholding tax, tax treaties, permanent establishment, and Regulation 102/105 (payroll and services withholding).​

His professional background includes three years at PwC, six years at MNP, and five years at a boutique tax firm.​ He has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program (Levels I–III) and the In-Depth International Tax Program. 

Actively involved in the tax community, Francis serves as a tutor for the In-Depth Tax Program and has presented at Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF) events.
